Claire graduated from Cardiff Dental school in 2011. After completing her Dental Foundation year in Swansea, she continued her training in several Senior House Officer roles. During this time undertaking post graduate examinations to gain membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS)

Claire completed a restorative dentistry post at Cardiff university gaining experience in complex restorative cases. She then worked in a community setting where she enjoyed providing care and developing techniques to improve care to anxious patients, children and patients with special needs. She prides herself in her gentle approach to treatments in order to put you at ease.

Claire has worked in general practice since 2013 and joined our team in 2015. One of her favourite things about working at this practice is the way the team works together to enhance patient care. Claire is extremely supportive to our staff. She has led on group projects with our team of dental nurses and has undertaken courses to mentor and train them. This enables them to undertake extended duties, enhancing their learning, development and careers.

She is keen to keep up to date with the latest developments and ideas by attending post graduate courses in a range of topics. When she is not in work, Claire likes keeping active by playing netball and enjoys going out with friends.
