Terms and conditions
You must stay regisited for a minimum of 12 months in membership plan. If you cancel within this time we will invoice you for the tooth whitening and any other discounts given on treatment.
We require 3 months notice for cancellations.
You must be a suitable candidate for tooth whitening and this will be assessed on your first visit. |
