This is what we do at our 12 point dental health check

1. Update of medical condition
2. 'Are you happy that your teeth and gums are  healthy since the last time you were in?'
3. 'Do you have any issues or concerns?'
4. 'How happy are you with the appearance of your  teeth?'
5. Check the health of T.L.C's (Tongue / Lips /  Cheeks)
6. Check the health of the teeth
7. Check the health of any restorations
8. Check the health of the gums
9. Plaque check
10. Check the health of the jaw bone
11. X-rays to detect any issues under, inside and  between the teeth
12. Treatment plan and dental health advice when necessary
